The Puerto Rican confectionery has been for sixty years my place of calm, a special place to show my creativity, and above all my love for family, friends and clients. The deep pleasure of seeing the reaction of others when tasting my delicacies and especially where together, we create memories that last a lifetime. Although far from my island, I continue to make these recipes and others by merging different flavors and techniques from around the world.
